Directions
Take one Jarlsberg® Folios Cheese Wraps from the package and place on a flat surface. Lay 4 slices of corned beef on top. Add ¼ lb. of sauerkraut. Then spread on 1 tbsp. of Russian dressing (make it keto!). Roll up the Reuben and place on a microwaveable dish. Cook in microwave for 1 minute. Repeat for three more rollups. Cut each in half on an angle and serve with pickle spears. Serve warm.
