Bacon Wrapped Cheddar Folios Dippers

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400º and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay bacon in a single layer onto baking sheet, making sure not to overlap.
  3. Bake until your desired crispness, 15 – 25 minutes.
  4. While bacon is cooking, Make Cheddar Folios Dipping sticks. Season each Folios with salt & paper and place one Cheddar Folios in the microwave on the parchment paper for 1 & ½ minutes or until crispy.
  5. As soon as removed, use a pizza cutter or sharp knife and immediately cut into long quarter strips (4 strips per wrap). Allow to cool and harden, repeat three more times.
  6. Once bacon is cooked, quickly & tightly wrap bacon around each Cheddar Folios Dipper to cool and harden around it.
  7. Serve with dip of your choice. We recommend Ranch. Enjoy!
